With 10 years experience in the industry my speciality over the years has been with women’s weight loss and muscle building (strength) programs. I have helped countless women achieve both weight loss and muscle gain and have been able to push those that just needed a new challenge. Stephen has gone over and above all my expectations and each time after my sessions with him I feel that I have been pushed to my limits physically and mentally. I have done a 12 week challenge with him and got excellent result in muscle gains as I went from 70kg to 80kg in 12 weeks and this was all from the commitment, dedication and encouragement I received from Stephen the whole way through. he is a Machine himself and overall just a great humble genuine person who i respect a lot and would recommend using his serves as he is very diverse loyal and friendly to all his customers. 10/10 brother thank you and let continue to smash our fitness goals together : D Read Less
