Service products include any unique service that you will provide directly to your clients.

Create: in your coach admin by clicking the 'new product' tab. Sell: directly to clients through the chat messenger.
PROGRAMS
INSTANT PURCHASE
Programs are downloadable products that clients can purchase instantly without requiring your time. It's best to create these as PDF workout or diet guides.
Examples:
20 Body Weight Workouts - $30
12 Week Muscle Gain Program - $90
1800 Calories Meal Plan - $100
120 Day Week Yoga Program for Beginners - $120
Create: in your coach admin by clicking the 'new product' tab Sell: purchased by clients immediately. Once you list a program, it can sell endlessly or until you remove it.
HOW TO CREATE A SERVICE PRODUCT
Follow the below steps to create a new Service Product:
Log in to your coach account and go to your admin page.
Click the "New Products" tab (as shown below)
Select "Services" from the dropdown menu.
Complete all the fields:
Product Name: What you're offering (e.g. 45min Initial Consult)
Description: Information about the product (feel free to keep this brief)
Price (AUD): Sale price (in Australian dollars)
Stock Availability: Keep as 'In Stock'
Click 'Save' when all the fields are completed and wait for the page to reload with an approval message (green bar at the top of the page).
To see your products, click the 'My Products List' tab.
HOW TO CREATE A PROGRAM PRODUCT
Follow the below steps to create a new Program Product:
Log in to your coach account and go to your admin page.
Click the "New Products" tab (as shown below)
Select "Programs" from the dropdown menu.
Complete all the fields:
Product Image: the main image will appear as square and is one of the main reasons people will select your program.
Category: select the categories that match your program
Product Name: what your program is called
Description: provide a long description of your program
Short Description: provide a short description of your program
Price (AUD): Sale price (in Australian dollars)
Stock Availability: Keep as 'In Stock'
Tax Class: set according to your company set up
Results: upload before/after images and details of clients who have used the program
Inside the Program: provide the details of what people will find in your program
Upload Your Program: give your program a title and upload your pdf workout program. Make sure you click UPLOAD FILE after adding your pdf
Click 'Save' when all the fields are completed and wait for the page to reload with an approval message (green bar at the top of the page).
To see your products, click the 'My Products List' tab.
HOW TO SELL A SERVICE PRODUCT
Follow the below steps to see how to sell a program product:
When a client finds you and wants to work with you they'll click the "OPEN CHAT" button on your profile page and initiate a conversation.
The client will be able to start a conversation and express their want to work with you.
As a coach, you can let the client know how you work and the types of services you can provide.
When you're ready to sell a service product, you can select it from the drop-down list above the text field. If you haven't made one yet for this customer, you just need to go to your admin area and create a new product. It will appear in this list once created.
Once you select the product from the drop-down list, just click the "SEND PRICING PACKAGE" to send the product to your client. It will appear in the chat like this:
The client will then receive your product and can add it immediately into their checkout to purchase it.
As soon as your client has purchased your service, you will receive an email receipt and it will appear in your admin profile.
You can then continue the conversation with your client to determine the best way to complete the service.
HOW TO SELL A PROGRAM PRODUCT
Follow the below steps to see how to sell a program product:
Selling a program couldn't be easier! All you need to do is create a program and then leave all the rest to us.
When a client finds your program and is ready to purchase it, they simply need to click the "BUY NOW" button and that program will be added to their bag.
Once the item is in their bag, the client will be able to complete their checkout when they choose.
You will receive an email confirmation when one of your programs sell and you can also check your admin area whenever you like to track your sales.
