INSIDE THE PROGRAM
  • HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS

    These are all functional workouts that integrate a barbell as the focus piece of equipment. Integrate a barbell where you can to make the workouts more challenging.

  • WORKOUT EXAMPLE

    I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: Overhead Squats x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (21-15-9 reps for time).

  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When my clients look at my bodyweight workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look simple and easy but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.
