Description
If you have no access to equipment but still want to get fit and toned, these workouts are perfect for you. They are all bodyweight workouts and require no equipment to complete. You can do these in your house, at the park or at a gym.
INSIDE THE PROGRAM
  • HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS

    These are all bodyweight exercises and require no equipment. These workouts are great when you need to get some exercise done but have no access to equipment.

  • WORKOUT EXAMPLE

    I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: 5x burpees, 10x push-ups, 15x air squats. Try and get through as many rounds of this combination as you can in 20 minutes.

  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When my clients look at my bodyweight workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look simple and easy but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.
