INSIDE THE PROGRAM
  • HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS

    These are all functional workouts that focus on your core muscles. They also include other exercises to give you a complete workout at the same time.

  • WORKOUT EXAMPLE

    I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: 5 Rounds of 400 run, 25 sit-ups and 25 hip extensions.

  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When my clients look at my workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look fairly simple but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.
