  • HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS

    These are all functional workouts that integrate dumbbells as the focus piece of equipment. Integrate the dumbbells where you can to make the workouts more challenging.

  • WORKOUT EXAMPLE

    I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: 30 seconds of burpees + 30 seconds of dumbbell thrusters (x10 rounds). How many reps can you do?

  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When my clients look at my bodyweight workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look simple and easy but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.
