HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS
These are all functional workouts that focus on your core muscles. They also include other exercises to give you a complete workout at the same time.

WORKOUT EXAMPLE
I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: 5 Rounds of 400 run, 25 sit-ups and 25 hip extensions.

LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING
When my clients look at my workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look fairly simple but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.

There are so many workouts you can do that focus on these muscles.
These are functional fitness workouts that focus on core strength exercises mixed with higher heart rate movements to give you a full-body workout and strengthen your overall body.
The workouts are all slightly different with varied ways of getting through them. Enjoy the challenge!

I'm finding that I'm not doing these workouts multiple times a week as they are really easy to follow and give me a good overall workout.
