INSIDE THE PROGRAM
  • HOW I'VE PROGRAMMED THESE WORKOUTS

    These are all functional workouts that integrate kettlebells as the focus piece of equipment. Integrate the kettlebells where you can to make the workouts more challenging.

  • WORKOUT EXAMPLE

    I try and keep things as simple as possible. An example of one of my workouts is: 8 Rounds of 4 kettlebell alternating arm cleans, 6 burpees and 8 air squats. How long will it take you?

  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When my clients look at my workouts on the whiteboard they always have a smile. The workouts on paper look fairly simple but I can tell you that the smiles are all gone by the end. How far you take them is up to you.
