I managed to maintain my weight and lose some inches off my waist. The work-outs are really challenging and you can definitely do progressive overload even with just working out at home. Jodie’s really helpful and very patient in answering my questions. She is very sincere and have lots of knowledge to share. She sincerely wants to help. Jodie has a great way with people, she is optimistic, well-rounded and she will always wish the best for you or support you through the lows if needed. With my specific lifestyle I couldn't really know where I was going to be next month, and Jodie was very flexible in terms of adjusting my training regime to match my needs.
